Eligibility for Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)

Students who have completed their XII examination in any stream from a recognized board or equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50 percent marks (45 percent for SC/ST/BC) are eligible to apply for this course.

PG Diploma in NTT: This is an advanced course that is helpful for aspirants seeking career growth in teaching children. This course facilitates aspirants in becoming specialists in the field and optimally teach nursery students. Students who have completed their XII examination in any stream from a recognised board or equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50 per cent marks (45 per cent for SC/ST/BC) are eligible to apply for this course.

Admission to the above NTT courses is based either on merit (marks obtained in the board examination) or is based on the merit cum entrance exam conducted by the respective institutes/colleges. Some colleges/institutes also conduct personal interviews as a part of the admission process.
